PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

Sparkle maid services will only undertake business in according with the following terms and conditions and these terms and conditions supersede all. These terms are legally binding and accordingly. Please read them carefully before contracting with Sparkle Maid Services.

  • Business working hours will be from Mon-Sat 9 AM TO 6 PM., Weekly off on Sundays. For any Queries please feel free to call our customer support division.
  • Any of our executive comes to your residence or office, kindly look in and take the ID Card & Business card before doing registration, if u have any clarification call our customer help line number 040-43463829.
  • You the client, will be charged First Visit 500 by cash to our executive, if our executive comes second or third time the client need not pay anything.
  • Salary date will be from 10th of every month but counting starts from 1st to 30th. Client is not supposed to pay advance to any person without sparkle maid services notice. Sparkle Maid Services is not responsible, if any client is paying any advance.
  • Below 3 months 1 replacement, for 6 months (02 replacements) and for 11 months as per the client requirement (we provide 03 replacements). Minimum time required for the replacement is 48 working hours.
  • Once the company provides replacement to the client’s place, the client has to release previous candidate worked days salary to Sparkle Maid Services. The client is not supposed to pay salary to the candidate directly.
  • For regular candidate weekly off on Sundays, or any other alternate days (public holidays for live-in candidates monthly two days if you want the candidate to work on holiday, you need to pay extra amount.
  • After one monthor more than if the candidates had worked, and if the customer wants to discontinue the service the customer has to pay salary to the candidate and not to send the candidate to the company for the salary if any reason.
  • Once the candidate is joined, if the client is not satisfied with the candidate provided by the company. The client has to wait till the replacement of the candid (Maximum 48 working hours).
  • One-time registration fee has to pay at the time of registration, including tax, valued for the period of 12 months.
  • If the candidate misbehaves with client, the company has all rights to take legal action against the candidate.
  • If the client misbehaves with the candidate, the company has all rights to take legal action against the client.
  • After registration the client is not happy with the service or want to discontinue the service in between within the period of 29 days, client will get 50% of refund. After 30 days, company will not provide refund the registration amount.
  • The company has rights to change the registration charges fee without prior intimation.
  • Once registration is done, no refundable only replacements.
  • All disputes are subjected to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
  • For regular candidates, customer needs to pay the salary to the candidate directly and for live-in candidate’s customer needs to pay the salary to the Sparkle Maid Services.
  • Sparkle Maid Services is not responsible for the careless of the client’s valuable items i.e., (gold, mobile, money, etc.)
  • Before sending candidate please check she/he {bags, valets lunch boxes etc.} Once you’re satisfied then you can send them.
  • Company services charges below 6k will be only through cash, above 6k it can be through cash or cheque anything will do.
  • If client wants to continue with the same candidate, the client needs to renew the contract with Sparkle Maid Services. After 11 months, without renewing the contract, the client continues the services. The company is not responsible for any thing is going wrong.
  • If clients call on Saturday for replacements, Sunday will not be considered with 48 working hours.
  • Client has to provide sufficient food and accommodation including basic amenities to the maids.
  • Sparkle Maid Services have to provide 02 photos and ID proof of xerox on the day of joining.
